It’s all blushes at Hakanai Private High School when the new Student Council President decides to ban the wearing of underpants. Naturally, this causes problems not just for the flustered girls, but the easily aroused guys. In this playful ecchi work, yelps and slaps are about as frequent as girls trying to hold down their skirts. Whether they’re playing tennis or just walking down the hall, keeping one’s dignity becomes a full time occupation.

It’s lonely at the top of the food chain though, for the eccentric but mild-mannered president, Hanao, and the more reasonable and boyish Yuuka. Fortunately for the girls, there’s a host of awkward boys out there, including Yuuka’s popular childhood friend Yahiro. Hijinks and confessions of love abound in this well drawn little comic about silly rules and sillier people.
